The first time I saw these decorative gum paste letters for cakes and cupcakes I was smitten. These enchanting sugar letters can stand upright or lay flat on top of your sweet confections. Choose from letters, numbers and or symbols (i.e. ampersands, etc. are also available) with your desired colors (gold, silver, warm colors or cool colors).
