Not only does she make some of London’s sexiest knickers, but lingerie designer Damaris has now turned her hand to film - having hooked up with director Justin Anderson to prove that housework really can be sexy. Very sexy. The short film is based on the seemingly unsexy pursuit, entitled “Chore.” The theme proves that luxurious lingerie and housework have everything in common. Its an artistic take on the rituals behind domestic chores. Anderson discovered in his research that women tend to have a ritual to their cleaning routine, like their beauty or exercise routine, which is unique and performed in solitude.

I’ve been eagerly awaiting the release of “The Young Victoria,” as it came out in London over year ago…. and boy was it worth the wait! I have to say this film has been my favorite film of the year! It is the most romantic movie, Emily Blunt is flawless in her performance and Rupert Friend was a dream to stare at for 2 hours. It was so sweet in fact that I teared up through out the entire film. Definitely put this on your list of must see films over Christmas! You’ll LOVE it!

Every couple years my all time favorite, Nancy Meyers writes and directs another brilliant and awe inspiring film. Each movie she has directed is on my list of favorites. Even though most of her leading characters are falling apart at the seams, she still knows how to perfect their whole world, down to their dream like home and wifely ambiance. Every film I watch, I always find my self saying…”I wish I lived in that beautiful home, with the cozy decor and adoring family to match.” It would be a thrill to meet Nancy Meyers and pick her brain on every subject under the sun (wishful thinking). If your fans of “Somethings Gotta Give,” “The Parent Trap,” “Father of the Bride 1 and 2,” “The Holiday,” and “What Women Want.”…. Then “It’s Complicated is just the movie for you.

This movie was amazing! I attempted seeing last night, but arrived at the Arclight only to find out it was sold out. I went back again today with much better luck and walked out of the film in the mood to wear 1960’s frocks, cut bangs and tease my hair in the back, and apply thick eyeliner. Besides wanting to step back into the 60’s and visit Paris, Every song in this film was just Fantastic. I highly recommend the soundtrack!

Synopsis
In 200,000 years on Earth, humanity has upset the balance of the planet, established by nearly four billion years of evolution. By bringing us unique footage from the Earth and sharing with us his wonder and his concern, Yann Arthus-Bertrand lays a foundation stone for the world that, together, we must rebuild. The film HOME intends to shift people’s perceptions, to make us aware of the tectonic movements at work and to incite us to act.
We have a greater impact on the Earth than it can bear. We over-consume and are depleting the Earth’s resources. From the air, it is easy to see the Earth’s wounds. HOME simply sets out our current situation, while saying that a solution exists. The film’s subtitle could be “It’s Too Late To Be A Pessimist”. We have reached a crossroads; important decisions must be taken to change our world. Everybody knows about what the film says, but nobody wants to believe it. Movie to take Your Kids to This Weekend: Disney’s "Up" in 3D

My Best Friend, Veronica and I saw “Up” last Wednesday Evening. First we drove all the way to The Sherman Oaks Arclight just to see it in 3D. Sold out…. Such a disappointment after driving all the way to the Valley… Ick! Then we decided to Brave Disney’s El Capitan Theatre on Hollywood Boulevard instead. Omg…. Word of advice for Patrons going without kids…. Come 15 Minutes late to miss the “Special” Performance before the Film…. Yikes! Lots of Disney Characters singing and dancing to a medley of Ricky Martin in salsa costumes. But the Movie was Worth it… Soooo good! I highly recommend it!
