Beef Kabobs with Chimmichurri Sauce

Argentian Beef Kabobs with Chimichurri Sauce

Beef Kabobs Ingredients:

  • 3 ½ Pounds Beef Tenderloin (trimmed of fat and cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes and skewered)
  • Sea Salt
  • Freshly Ground Pepper

Directions: 

  1. Place meat onto skewers and lightly salt and pepper.
  2. Preheat BBQ on medium heat  or oven to 375′ and  Cook for 15-18 minutes for medium rare, turning every five minutes.
  3. Remove from heat, drizzle with chimmi sauce and serve.

Chimichurri Sauce Ingredients :

  • 1 Cup Olive Oil
  • 4 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 2/3 Cup Minced Shallot
  • 2/3 Cup Minced Fresh parsley
  • 2 Teaspoon Chopped Fresh Basil
  • 2 Teaspoon Chopped Fresh Thyme
  • 2 Teaspoon Chopped Fresh Oregano
  • 1 Teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Pepper
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

Directions: 

  1. Stir all ingredients together in a bowl and leave at room temp for two hours.
