Natalie Xanthakis is only a newlywed and already the wife of all wives, planning the picture perfect dinner party and creating her own tasty recipes. She started her must read blog Mint Love Social Club in February of 2011 as a creative outlet to showcase some of her favorite home decor, recipes, DIY projects and party planning tips. One of the first regular posts she started was a cocktail post every Friday with a new recipe each week for her readers. That weekly post grew out of the tradition that her and her husband didn’t have any plans on a Friday night, they would head to the grocery store and spend the night in trying out different cocktail recipes.
