The title of this article may be deceiving, as Sugarfish by Sushi Nozawa, doesn’t actually take reservations. However this is a different kind of sushi experience and definitely worth the first come first serve wait time. Their restaurants only serve traditional sushi of the highest quality based on Chef Nozawa’s style. Nozawa is well-known for his Trust Me-style sushi, which shuns “American-style” extravagant rolls and instead concentrates on the purity of basic ingredients— nurturing relationships with the finest fish purveyors across the globe and even making his own fresh soy sauce and ponzu. So this makes ordering for THE WIFE super easy… Choose from “Trust Me Lite, $20.00” “Trust Me, $30.00” or “Nozowa Trust Me, $40.00” A service charge of 16% is automatically added to the bill, along with sales tax to the total.
